Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India — prepaid and COD alike, with no minimum order value required.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Signature & OTP Verification

A signature or OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery to confirm receipt of your order.

Damage & Shortage Claims

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with photographic evidence. Claims raised after this period may not be entertained.
